Notary services include notarizing Deeds, Apostille services, Loan Signing,  Affidavits, Power of Attorney documents, Advance Health Care Directive, Trusts, Living Wills, Grant Deeds and other Deed Documents, Fictitious Business Name Registration Vital Record Application,  Contracts, Bill of Sale, and Child Consent Form.
